Both Paese locations have wine cellars with over 800 labels from all major wine producing regions. Paese has four Sommeliers on staff.

Drinking wine at Paese is affordable, Sunday to Friday, bring fine wine from your own cellar and there is no corkage fee on the first bottle and the corkage fee on additional bottles and on Saturday's is only $25. In addition, the mark up on all our wines is cost plus $25.

Appropriate glassware and decanters are provided.
